Vision for Education is excited to collaborate with a distinguished school in Sunderland, seeking creative and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Cover Supervisors. This role offers a fantastic route into teaching, with opportunities for daily supply work or longer fixed-term contracts.

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you ll bring your creativity and leadership skills to the classroom, guiding groups of around 30 pupils when their teacher is absent. No need to be a subject expert lesson plans are provided! Your role will be to inspire learning, manage classroom dynamics, take registers, and ensure a smooth transition back to the class teacher.

Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in any subject (including Art, Drama, Music, Design, or other creative disciplines).
• A passion for creativity and an enthusiasm for inspiring young minds.
• Confidence and leadership to manage a classroom effectively.
• A keen interest in education and supporting students.
• Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
