Key Details:
36 guaranteed working days per year, with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts when it suits you, with our full time catering team at Newmarket Racecourse.
Lead a small, supportive team of 1 chef and 2 catering assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
️ Oversee the daily running of the canteen, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
️ Work alongside your team to provide high-quality meals.
️ Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
️ Deliver friendly, efficient service to stable staff and racecourse personnel.
️ Maintain cost control and ordering processes.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in catering or hospitality management.
