Blue CPCS Traffic Marshal - Herne Bay

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Blue CPCS Traffic Marshal for an exciting opportunity in Herne Bay. If you hold a valid Blue CPCS card and are ready to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic on a busy construction site, we want to hear from you!

Position: Blue CPCS Traffic Marshal

Location: Herne Bay, Kent

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Ongoing (subject to project length)

Key Responsibilities:

Safely manage and direct the flow of traffic around the site.

Ensure that all site traffic complies with safety procedures and regulations.

Maintain a safe environment for workers and vehicles.

Assist with pedestrian management when necessary.

Work closely with site supervisors and other workers to ensure smooth site operations.

Essential Requirements:

Valid Blue CPCS Card for Traffic Marshal.

Proven experience in a similar role on construction sites.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Ability to follow and enforce site-specific safety regulations.

A proactive attitude to health and safety practices.
