TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with a lovely private day nursery located just outside of Harrogate in HG2.  The nursery provide a warm and welcoming environment for the children to settle into, helping support their independence from an early age and build their confidence. The nursery cares for children aged between 6 months to 5 years old, with different rooms set up to care for the children within the setting.

The nursery are searching for an Early Years Assistant to join their growing team on a part-time basis. The hours will vary each week, with the successful applicant working both full days & half days throughout the week. The ideal Early Years Assistant must have previous experience working in an Early Years setting, and will have a good understanding of the EYFS and its curriculum.

The successful Early Years Assistant will:

Be passionate about helping children learn and develop

Be able to provide 2 professional references, one of which must be from an Early Years / Educational setting

Have a good knowledge of current Safeguarding & Child Protection policies#
