About The Role:

This dynamic HLTA position offers a perfect blend of specialised intervention work and classroom leadership:

• Mornings: Focused Year 6 interventions to support crucial SATs preparation

• Afternoons: Class cover across primary year groups• Full-time, long-term commitment

• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted Year 6 intervention programs

• Provide high-quality class cover across KS1 and KS2

• Support teacher planning and assessment

• Contribute to student progress monitoring

• Maintain positive relationships with staff and parents

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• HLTA qualification and relevant experience

• Strong classroom management skills

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

• Passion for supporting children's development

• Flexibility and adaptability in teaching approach

• Understanding of primary curriculum
