Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our care team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and delivering high-quality care to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the management and operation of the care service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.

* Lead, support, and supervise the care team to deliver person-centered care.

* Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulations are followed to maintain the highest levels of care quality.

* Manage and coordinate care plans, risk assessments, and staff rotas.

* Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Recruit, train, and develop care staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.

* Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in line with regulatory requirements.

* Drive business growth and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.

* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the care industry.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

* Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards.

* Passion for delivering high-quality care services.
