Project / Site Manager - Retrofit
18 Rec are sourcing an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to assist on a Social Housing Retrofit Project.
What you will need:
* Experience in a similar role, working as a Main Contractor, managing trades and the supply chain on live site environments.
* Current in date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
* Ideally an ONC / HNC or level 6 NVQ in a construction related subject, experienced trade route will also be considered.
* Longevity with previous employers and a good understanding of retrofit projects
