Job Title: Procurement Business Partner - Indirect Spend
Location: East Midlands
Contract: 18 Month Fixed Term Contract
Package: c.£55,000 plus Car, and excellent benefits including bonus and Pension
Grafton Recruitment are working with a well-recognised highly successful corporate organisation to recruit an experienced procurement professional with a generalist indirects and services background. This role will take responsibility for procurement of categories such as professional services and recruitment, facilities, and utilities, sourcing suppliers and working with internal stakeholders through the commercial negotiation and contract award process.
This role offers a great opportunity for career development with a fast paced, well-respected company, joining a large and sophisticated procurement team, with leading edge processes. You will have responsibility for developing and implementing procurement strategy for this area of spend.
Responsibilities;
Supplier Sourcing - identification and evaluation of suppliers
Tendering, negotiating and implementing contracts and agreements
Managing and advising stakeholders through the procurement process
Managing supplier relationships, setting supplier strategy and evaluating supplier performance
Project procurement and category management approach
Requirements:
Experience of leading and managing end to end procurement process, tendering and supplier negotiation
Experience of indirects and services commodities
Proven negotiation skills and contract knowledge
Excellent communication and influencing skills, managing cross function projects
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ambitious, motivated, and able to work on own initiative
