Blue CPCS Traffic Marshal - Herne Bay

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Blue CPCS Traffic Marshal for an exciting opportunity in Herne Bay. If you hold a valid Blue CPCS card and are ready to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic on a busy construction site, we want to hear from you!

• Safely manage and direct the flow of traffic around the site.
• Ensure that all site traffic complies with safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain a safe environment for workers and vehicles.
• Assist with pedestrian management when necessary.
• Work closely with site supervisors and other workers to ensure smooth site operations.

• Valid Blue CPCS Card for Traffic Marshal.
• Proven experience in a similar role on construction sites.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to follow and enforce site-specific safety regulations.
• A proactive attitude to health and safety practices.
