Caritas Futures is partnering with a leading charity specializing in housing to recruit dedicated Support Workers and Housing Officers for our Multiple, Compound Needs Service (Community and Residential) based in Bexhill-on-Sea.

Shifts - 4 days on 4 days on and 12 hour days 8am - 8pm on site

About the Role: As part of our team, you will provide a trauma-informed, customized support service to survivors of domestic abuse with multiple and complex needs, both in the community and within safe accommodation. This role involves addressing at least three of the following issues to assist survivors and their children affected by domestic abuse who are in need of housing.

• Domestic Abuse
• Substance Misuse
• Offending Behaviour
• Health Problems (physical and mental)
• Homelessness

Experience Required:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people.
• Experience working with high-risk clients.
• Proficiency in risk and needs assessment.
• Experience in multi-agency collaboration.
• Background in supporting victims affected by domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental health issues, homelessness, or ex-offenders.
• A current DBS on the update service, or willingness to undergo one.
