Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Preston
Rate: £21 - £24 per hour
Contract: 8-month initial contract
Start Date: Immediate
Employer: Tier 1 Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a £32m new-build health facility project in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Tier 1 Contractor on a prestigious healthcare development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site activities, ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising construction projects, ideally in healthcare or commercial builds.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid CSCS Card
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
• DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Check
• First Aid Certification
