• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of subjects, covering for absent teachers and ensuring continuity in students' education.

• Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring that students are supported in achieving learning objectives.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring that students remain focused and respectful during lessons.
• Provide feedback to the absent teacher or school staff on student progress and any issues that arose during the lesson.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to enhance the educational experience and ensure the smooth running of lessons.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• A strong passion for teaching and the ability to adapt to different subjects and age groups.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Flexibility and a positive approach to working within a variety of educational settings.
