Job Title: Yard Operative / FLT Driver
Location: Kettering
Salary: 11.73 - 12.48/hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP
Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM (early finish!)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Yard Operative / FLT Driver to join our team in Kettering on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves working outdoors for the majority of the time, so we need someone who is comfortable working in all weather conditions. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• General yard duties to keep the area organised and running smoothly.
• Loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently.
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) to move materials as required.
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT license (essential).
• Full UK driver's license (essential).
• Previous experience in a yard or warehouse environment preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
