PE Global are recruiting a Labelling Regulatory Affairs Associate for our pharmaceutical client based in Surrey. The role is an initial 12-monnth contract and the rate range for this role is £14.68 - 19.36 DOE.
Responsibilities:
• Organise the timely translation and competent authority linguistic review of EU labeling.
• Provide valuable support to Regional Regulatory scientists in performing quality checks of English labeling and aiding in the submission of administrative label updates.
• Communicate the approval of new EU labeling and support in the subsequent implementation by affiliates.
• Support and collaborate with other Regional Labeling Coordinators as capacity allows.
• Develop collegial, mutually productive relationships with Regional Regulatory scientists, EU Regulatory Affiliates, Printed Packaging Material Development (PPMD) and Supply Chain as well as Labeling Coordinators from other regions.
• Utilize regulatory labeling and process expertise to drive consistency and influence effective change management for labelling processes optimization.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health sciences discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with European labelling is essential
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Demonstrated competence of computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated agility to learn new IT systems/tools.
• Demonstrated effective teamwork skills; able to adapt to diverse interpersonal styles.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Desirable:
• Understanding and knowledge of medicines.
• Knowledge of a European language other than English.
• Previous coordinator role or Project management experience.
