Contract Epicor Support Analyst

📍 Location: Birmingham/Hybrid

💰 Contract Rate: DOE - Outside IR35

⏳ Duration: 12 Months

Are you an experienced ERP Support Analyst with experience of Epicor who’s looking for your next contract opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in end-user support, data management, and Epicor customisations to join our client on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide expert end-user support for Epicor ERP, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system efficiency.

✅ Utilise DMT (Data Management Tool) for bulk data uploads and migrations.

✅ Make dashboard changes, including customisations and performance enhancements.

✅ Amend and optimise BAQs (Business Activity Queries) to meet business needs.

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve system functionality.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Proven experience in Epicor ERP support (ideally v10 or later).

🔹 Hands-on expertise with DMT for data uploads.

🔹 Strong understanding of BAQs, dashboards, and system configuration.

🔹 Ability to support end users and troubleshoot issues effectively.

🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
