Start Date: Immediate

Pay: £85 - £110 per dayAcademics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in primary schools across Camden. This role involves providing essential support to students with diverse learning needs, working closely with teachers to help every child reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

Assist in assessing and monitoring student progress, identifying strengths and areas for development.

Support teachers in lesson delivery, adapting materials, and managing classroom behavior.

Prepare and organize educational materials and resources for lessons and activities.

Maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Promote inclusion and ensure the safety and well-being of students in line with school policies.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or individuals with SEN is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.

A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to learning.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the classroom.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
