Our client, a leading company in the HR sector, is currently seeking an HR Generalist to join their team on a fixed-term basis in Havant, Hampshire. This role is part of a broader implementation of a new HR delivery model and offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development of a newly formed team.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing payroll for UK sites ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency
Managing HR admin tasks including new starters, leavers, absence management, and pension administration
Collaborating with HR, Finance, and external payroll partners for seamless service delivery
Acting as a point of contact for payroll and HR admin queries, utilising the ServiceNow ticket system
Documenting tasks and processes in work instructions
Creating and maintaining knowledge articles to support self-service within the business
Job Requirements:
Degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrable experience in HR or payroll functions, preferably in an international company
Detailed knowledge of compliance, relevant laws, and regulations
Experience working with various HR systems
Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
Customer service mindset with an open and curious attitude
