Building Services Manager
Location - North West - West Midlands, Manchester, Scotland
Long term temp (18 months)

An award-winning Tier One Main Contractor has tasked me with finding someone to expand their current team around the West Yorkshire region. They will be looking for a candidate that has experience as a Building Services Manager delivering Commercial projects with a M&E value of around 10M. The project is a Design and Build contract and requires a wealth of knowledge in the pre-construction stages of a projects and be able to oversee all M&E services installation to CAT B fit-out status.

Main Responsibilities and duties:

• Advise on any engineering queries, offering solutions on site
• Management of on-site sub-contractors and direct labour
• Monitoring work against programme
• Attending and chairing meetings to review the projects
• Ensure risk assessments and method statements are correct and up to date
• Managing client training and defect clearances process
• Advise teams when applicable
• to ensure a safe working environment
