An exciting opportunity to join a leading PFI healthcare contract as an Assistant PFI Asset Manager, delivering high-value projects while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management & Capital Variations Support capital projects within a major PFI healthcare contract.
  • Compliance & Delivery Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with RIBA stages, CDM regulations, and site management.
  • Contract Administration Manage PFI contract requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Project Management experience within healthcare or PFI contracts.
  • Strong understanding of PFI contract administration, lifecycle works, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance.
