Job Description

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical work on-site for our commercial project. You will manage a team of electricians, ensure the quality of work meets safety standards, and ensure that electrical systems are installed efficiently and to code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the electrical installation team on the commercial project site.
• Plan and schedule electrical work to meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review electrical plans, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical work to ensure it meets code and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project flow.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, inspections, and safety procedures.
• Train and mentor junior electrical staff, ensuring their professional growth and safety.
• Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring everything needed for the project is available and in good condition.

Qualifications:

• Gold ECS card
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with at least 3 years of experience on commercial or industrial projects.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of electricians.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
