Job Description

One of my Local Authority clients based in the North West is looking for a Estates/Valuation Surveyor on an interim basis for 3 months.

Responsibilities:

General Valuation Work.

Daily inspections for valuations including land, toilets, community centres, industrial units and Council offices.It isn't essential to be MRICS or a Registered Valuer.

It is important that you have prior experience within valuations, ideally in a Local Authority setting, however this isn't essential

You would be working in the office for 1 day per month and working remotely for the rest of the month/ site visits. The employer is open to either part time or full time for the right candidate.
