Maintenance Assistant
Peace Recruitment are working with a well-regarded housing association to source a Maintenance Assistant for a 6-8 week contract in East Glasgow. You will be working within a fast paced assets team.
The main duties of the role are;
* Compliance works administration – Gas Servicing, Asbestos Condition Surveys, Electrical Safety Inspections
* Planned works administration – Tenant Satisfaction, Contract Evaluation
* Repairs Administration
Experience within compliance, specifically gas safety is essential for this role. The successful candidate will ideally have worked within a housing association role but a similar role within a letting agent would also be suitable.
You will be working in a small team so the role can vary. Thye currently work a hybrid model, 2 days from home and 3 in the office (Wednedsay must be an office day)
