* Youth Mentor required for SEMH School

* Youth Mentor required for Haringey Location

* Youth Mentor required to support students with SEMH and challenging behaviour

* Youth Mentor required to provide 1:1 intervention

* Youth Mentor must have a DBS on the update service

The Role – Youth Mentor

We are looking for a passionate Youth Mentor to support this schools most challenging students on a 1:1 basis. For this Youth Mentor role you will have at least 1 years experience working within the education or youth setting. As a Youth Mentor you will have a calm and empathetic approach and will be able to diffuse challenging situations should they escalate in a calm and confident manor. Manual Handling is desirable for this Youth Mentor role.

The School - SEMH School

This SEMH School is situated in Haringey next to public transport links. This SEMH School caters to 67 students between the ages of 7 – 16 with SEMH needs. This SEMH School was graded to be a good school by Ofsted. This SEMH School has on site parking.
