Job Title: Pre Construction Manager 

Start Date: Immediately 

Location: Bromley

Day rate: £380 - £400 PER DAY

Client:

A tier 1 Contractor who specialise in a variety of sectors including, MOJ, Healthcare, Residential, Education and MOD 

Project:

My client are currently working on a Healthcare contract where the works include roof replacement, fire door replacements, entire ward refurbishments and refits 

Duties:

Liaising and working with Design team to chase down drawing for operations team 

Writing Programs 

Work on multiple projects at same time

Maintain and develop new subcontractor resources

Work with Project Managers during the transition pre construction through to live projects 

Create initial working schedule for projects

Interface with clients

Produce, collect, and distribute pre construction RFI’s

Review all project documents for compliance with budget, company/client standards and constructibility

Experience:

NVQ Level 6 or above in Construction Management  

5+ years of construction experience in a similar role 

Previous experience as PM, Project Engineer, or in Pre-construction for a construction company

Healthcare experience would be advantageous
