Are You an Experienced SLINGER looking for a 12 month contract?

DK Recruitment is seeking trained and qualified Slingers looking for a 12 month contract for our client at Devonport Dockyard. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Fleet Time & Upkeep projects within the Warships & Submarine Business units, with potential opportunities to work on other projects as well.

What We Are Looking For:

* Experience: Must have extensive on the job experience. Experience with Ships and/or Submarines is desirable but not essential.

* Knowledge: Understanding of the clients role as a business is necessary, with a desirable understanding of procedures and processes.

* Safety: Positive attitude towards Health and Safety, with a willingness to challenge unsafe acts.

* Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* NVQ2 Moving of Loads

* NPORS402 Slinger Signaller

* CPCS A40 / Blue

* Opito

Additional Requirements:

* Ideally hold current BPSS Clearance or undergo as required.

* Candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment prior to the offer of employment.

* Travel allowance for out of area candidates.
