Project Quantity Surveyor – outside IR35 - £400-£425 per day

Are you currently working as a Quantity Surveyor, looking for a new outside IR35 contract and based in the South East?

Do you have previous/recent experience under NEC form of contract, and previous major project experience?

We are currently working with a leading Construction and engineering business who have a Project Quantity Surveyor requirement, working at the AWE Burghfield. This role will require site attendance with an element of WFH flexibility.

Role requirements for this position:

* You will have experience working as a Project Quantity Surveyor, working on large scale construction projects.

* You will have previous/recent experience working under NEC form of contract.

* The position is site based near Reading and will require regular site attendance with some WFH.

* They are looking for a hands on project Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working to deadlines and producing high quality work.

* This role is an outside IR35 contract.

* You will need to be available to commence this contract within 2/3 weeks of offer.

In return this client can offer a competitive day rate outside IR35 as well as potential for long term ongoing work.
