If you are an experienced Salesfoce Business Change Manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment we have a new contract role we would like to discuss with you.

Please note this role falls inside IR35 and will require onsite attendance once a week and will only consider candidates that have worked as a BCM on a Salesforce implementation.

• Lead Business Change activities on a Salesforce implementation
• Demonstrate visible and effective experience to lead business change management activity (LEAD)
• Experience of developing clear vision and standards and championing the use of best practice business change management standards, tools and processes (LEAD)
• Ability to drive through a goal-oriented strategic approach in a dynamic and complex organisational context - you understand change management, have strong influencing skills and are comfortable steering upstream decision-making with senior decision-makers
• Proven ability to lead and implement high-volume, complex, multi-channel transformational change communications and engagement campaigns Ability to lead coordinated engagement across a large number of stakeholders (eg galvanising action across different teams that need to be joined up)
• Experience of utilising different change, communications and engagement disciplines in the context of a coordinated programme, eg insight, stakeholder engagement, digital, media, etc
