Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Aspatria

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (12-hour day shifts, 6am - 6pm)

Contract: Temp to Perm for the right candidate

Pay Rate: 12.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our team based in Aspatria for a leading food manufacturing company. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bagging powder products as per company standards.
• Logging data accurately and maintaining records.
• Performing manual work, including lifting and moving materials.
• Taking readings and monitoring equipment.
• Carrying out various tasks as required to support the production process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Basic data logging and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
