Senior Architect - Revit & MOJ Specialist

Location: Cardiff or Midlands-based office (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-month contract (Potential to go permanent)

A leading architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architect with strong Revit skills and extensive experience delivering Ministry of Justice (MOJ) projects. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team working on high-profile justice sector projects across the UK.

• Lead the design and technical delivery of MOJ projects, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Produce and oversee detailed Revit-based technical drawings and BIM models.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver efficient and secure designs.
• Manage project workflows, deadlines, and quality control.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

• ARB/RIBA-qualified Senior Architect with proven experience in MOJ projects.
• Expert-level Revit proficiency and strong BIM knowledge.
• Deep understanding of UK building regulations and justice sector guidelines.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Cardiff or Midlands office (with hybrid flexibility).
