Qualified Electricians and Electrical Improvers needed
Electrician and Improvers needed.
Refurbishment of student accommodation in Newcastle. 400 Bedroom student digs have a part refurbishment. Three blocks to have new electrical services with some to remain in place. The Job will last up to over a year for the right candidates.
Job Roles:
- Stripping old Electrical services
- Isolating Electrical services
- Electrical first fix wiring
- Reading Electrical drawings
- Additonal and alterations of services
- Electrical second fix
- Fire alarm wiring
- Testing and commissioning
Candidate must have;
- Qualified electrician to have gold card
- Improver to have atleast 2 years experience
- Own hand and power tools
- Good Electrical knowledge
- Able to read electrical drawings
- Be able to work on your own
- Work on self initiative
