About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified SEN Teacher to join outstanding SEN schools in Lambeth & Southwark. These schools provide a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment where students with complex learning needs, ASD, SEMH, and other SEN requirements can thrive.
🔴 PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this role, you MUST hold one of the following:
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Preferred
✔️ Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) - Considered
✔️ Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) - Considered
❌ Any other or no qualifications will NOT be accepted.

Key Responsibilities
🎯 Plan, deliver, and adapt engaging, differentiated lessons to meet students' individual needs
🎯 Support students with SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
🎯 Implement EHCP targets to help students achieve their personal and academic goals
🎯 Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
🎯 Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers to provide holistic support
🎯 Use multi-sensory and adaptive teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs
Who We're Looking For
✔️ A qualified teacher with QTS, QTLS, or PGCE (NO other qualifications will be accepted)
✔️ Experience teaching in an SEN school or working with students with additional needs
✔️ A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching
✔️ Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and behaviour management techniques
✔️ A commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential
