About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Year 3 teacher to join our supportive primary school team in Burnley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic educator who is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment. The successful candidate will be working with a class of eager learners and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact during the final term of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing timely feedback
Collaborate with other staff members to support students' development
Ensure a positive learning environment where children can thrive
Communicate with parents and carers regarding student progress and development
Contribute to the overall ethos of the schoolWhat We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) preferred
Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A passion for inspiring and nurturing young learners
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
