Job Description

The role is carrying out Mechanical & Electrical overhaul including stripping and refitting. You will be specifically focused on modifications, interior strip and replacements within a heavy engineering environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 6am – 2pm

Hourly Rate: £16 - £18 depending on experience

Duties Include:

- Work from written instruction (VMI)

- Work from Engineering drawings, working to specific measurements

- Removal of interiors and body sides

- Refitting parts

- Remove large components

- Replacing mechanical components to correspond to engineering drawings

Candidate profile:

You will be a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter preferably with experience within the heavy engineering sector.
