Job Description

My well-known Social Housing and Property Maintenance Client is currently looking to hire experienced Multi-Traders.

Please note, there is minimal travel required for this contract. Areas covered include Bethnal Green and Hackney.

The Client is currently managing 4,000 to 5,000 properties and is seeking Painter Multi-Traders to complete day-to-day reactive repairs and Cyclical Decorations.

In this role, you will be working on tenanted social housing properties, ensuring that maintenance and reactive repair tasks are carried out to a high standard.

This is a long-term contract, 6 months or more, with the possibility of ongoing work.

Rate of Pay: £20.00 per hour

You will receive a van and a fuel card.

Operatives will be paid weekly, one week in arrears through CIS

Requirements:

* UK Driving License (up to 6 points allowed)

* DBS Certificate dated within the past year

* 5+ years of experience in 3 or more trades (Painting, plastering, plumbing, tiling, joinery, electrics)

* Own brushes/rollers
