Assistant Store Manager | Contract | 40 hours

£26,500 PA

This is a Fixed Term contract to cover maternity for up to 12 months.

What You'll Do -

* Operational Processes: Assisting with inventory and stock, audits & banking processes

* Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of outdoor enthusiasts

* Premium Customer Service: Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience

* Sales Strategies: Implement and drive sales initiatives.

What You'll Bring -

* Experience: Proven track record in retail management from a outdoor/apparel/footwear background

* Passion: A love for the outdoors and an in-depth knowledge of outdoor products.
