This is fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our highly regarded client located in LE19, South Leicestershire, on a 12 month Fixed term contract.
As part of a small but busy operations team (7 colleagues, this is a customer focused role where you will provide administration as well as customer support.
Customer Service Administrator duties include:
* Processing high volumes of data (personal information as well as data regarding results)
* Liaising with customers based in UK and overseas
* Handling calls, emails and web chat regarding product and service enquiries
* Reviewing documentation
* High volume data processing onto multiple platforms and systems
* Processing payments/refunds/logging malpractice investigations
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who has a strong customer service ethos with the following experience, skills and attributes:
* Office based customer service and administration experience essential
* Experienced in taking calls, responding to emails and answering web chats essential
* Confident, articulate communication skills, verbal and written essential
* Ability to manage a high workload effectively
* Experience of processing large amounts of data essential
* Experience of working to strict deadlines essential
* Accuracy and attention to detail essential
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise, strong time management skills, meet deadlines
* PC Literate
* Team player with ability to work independently
* Own transport (due to location)
Full time, Monday-Friday, 8-4pm followed by 9-5pm, 2 week rota, 35 hours per week.
For the first 6 months, this role is OFFICE BASED - LE19
After 6 months, the role becomes HYBRID - mix of office and home - 3/2 day split.

This role would suit an Administration Officer, Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Support Advisor.
