We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to assist in mobilising and embedding a new contract, focusing on the delivery of Hard FM services. The successful candidate will be responsible for client management, overseeing a team of remotely based engineers, and managing subcontractors and commercial elements. The role involves ensuring the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance on statutory and non-statutory activities, as well as handling reactive call-outs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of senior management experience in the FM industry, with rail experience being advantageous but not essential. Candidates must hold RICS, an engineering qualification, a degree, or equivalent credentials. The position requires flexibility in working hours, with a standard schedule of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
