Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support students with their academic work and personal development.
• Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student participation.
• Plan and deliver sports coaching sessions that promote teamwork, skill development, and physical fitness.
• Supervise students during break times and assist with extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all learners.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational or coaching capacity is preferred.
• A background in physical education, sports science, or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Teaching Assistant Level 2 or 3, sports coaching certifications) are desirable but not essential.
