Duties

• Analyse data from quality tests and inspections, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production staff to address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions for staff on quality control measures and best practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and their application in quality assurance processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with various teams.
