Locum Clinical Pharmacist NHS Hospital in Central London

Hunter AHP Band 7 - 8a

Hourly Rate: £30 - £37 per hour

Hunter AHP are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience across acute medical wards and proficiency in Cerner to make a positive impact within a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services across acute medical wards
• Providing expert advice on medication management and clinical decision support
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care
• Ensuring safe and effective use of medicines within the hospital
• Accurately documenting patient interactions and medication recommendations
• Experience with Cerner to input and track patient medication records

• Band 7 - 8a level of experience
• Proven experience across acute medical wards
• Cerner experience is essential
• Excellent communication and team-working skills
• A valid GPhC registration

• Hours Available: 3, 4, or 5 days per week
• Hourly Rate: £30 - £37 per hour (dependent on experience)
