SOS Group is recruiting for experienced Electrical Supervisors for a leading limited construction company. The positions are on a contract basis with potentially a good duration for successful applicants. Good hours and Overtime rates are available . Free Parking on site .

The project is the large Datacentre build .

Duties

• Supervise and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project requirements and timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position.
• JIB Black Managers Card and JIB Gold Card
• SMSTS Certificate
• IPAF card and or PASMA Ticket would be beneficial
• Previous experience working on Data centres is preferrable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
