Project Engineer Opportunity Major Power Project in Skye

Contract Scotland are seeking an experienced freelance Project Engineer to join a high-profile underground cable route project in Skye. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale power project with a leading contractor.

• Support the delivery of a large underground cable installation project.
• Assist in project planning, engineering coordination, and technical support.
• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and support project reporting.

• Duration: Minimum 6 months with potential for a 3-year contract.
• Start Date: Immediate.
• Location: Skye accommodation and food allowance provided.
• Tax Method: PAYE only.

• Experience in project engineering within civil engineering, utilities, or power transmission.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a remote location and contribute to a major infrastructure project.
