Business Analyst

Broughton - 12 month Contract - Hybrid Working - BPSS+ Clearance Required

£37.00 PAYE/ £50.00 Umb (Inside IR35)

As a Business Analyst, you'll act as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions, working within a Multi-Functional Team to drive meaningful transformation. You'll take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering solutions that align with long-term business objectives.

You'll gain a deep understanding of the customer's end-to-end business processes, key drivers of success, and operational goals. In this role, you'll ensure uninterrupted service delivery, stability, and scalability of IT products while promoting best practices and developing innovative solutions to emerging challenges.

Your primary customers will be Manufacturing Engineers, and understanding their unique needs is at the heart of this role. Strong communication, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset will be your keys to success.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Discovery: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to capture and understand complex business requirements and recommend automation opportunities.

Requirement Definition: Develop clear specification documents and review them with stakeholders and Product Team members.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Product Management and technical teams to align product development with business needs.

Service Delivery: Ensure IT services meet customer expectations and operational objectives.

Support Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, providing hands-on support for interface monitoring, production issue resolution, and root cause analysis.

Unified ERP Deployment: Support the implementation and deployment of the Unified ERP system in the UK plant.Your Skills and Expertise

We're looking for a driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional with the following:

Expertise in SAP and familiarity with Manufacturing Engineering processes.

Experience in IT product design, development, and service delivery.

A strong background in IT/Business change management.

Ability to manage partnerships and subcontractors effectively.

Outstanding communication and active listening skills.

Leadership qualities and the ability to manage end-to-end projects.

A customer-focused approach with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
