Job Title: FinOps Engineer

Job Description

The role of a FinOps Engineer operates within the Cloud Enablement Office (CEO) team and the broader Cloud Acceleration & Transformation (CA&T) team. This role focuses on Finance Operations (FinOps) in the public cloud, contributing to the development and management of cloud strategy, governance, and best practices that drive business transformation using the cloud.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage cloud strategy, governance, and best practices.

Focus on Finance Operations (FinOps) in the public cloud.

Collaborate with the Cloud Enablement Office (CEO) team and the Cloud Acceleration & Transformation (CA&T) team.

Support the organisation in leveraging cloud technologies for business transformation.

Essential Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Strong understanding of FinOps principles and practices.

Ability to develop and manage cloud strategies and governance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
