Locum Clinical Pharmacist – NHS Hospital in Central London

Hunter AHP – Band 7 - 8a

Hourly Rate: £30 - £37 per hour

Hunter AHP are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience across acute medical wards and proficiency in Cerner to make a positive impact within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services across acute medical wards

Providing expert advice on medication management and clinical decision support

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care

Ensuring safe and effective use of medicines within the hospital

Accurately documenting patient interactions and medication recommendations

Experience with Cerner to input and track patient medication records

Requirements:

Band 7 - 8a level of experience

Proven experience across acute medical wards

Cerner experience is essential

Excellent communication and team-working skills

A valid GPhC registration

Details:

Hours Available: 3, 4, or 5 days per week

Hourly Rate: £30 - £37 per hour (dependent on experience)
