Electrical Supervisor

Enfield 

SOS Group is recruiting for experienced Electrical Supervisors for  a leading limited construction company. The positions are on a contract basis with potentially a good duration for successful applicants. Good hours and Overtime rates are available . Free Parking on site .

The project is the large Datacentre build . 

Duties

Supervise and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project requirements and timelines.

Requirements

Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position.

JIB Black Managers Card and JIB Gold Card

SMSTS Certificate

IPAF card and or PASMA Ticket would be beneficial

Previous experience working on Data centres is preferrable  

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
