• Facility Department/Cost Center: 63701, • Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Registered Nurse • Specialty: Cardiology • Number of Openings: 2 • Shift: 8am-5pm • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 • Required Certifications: Registered Nurse • Years of Experience: 2-5 • Float Requirements: N/A Patient Ratio : 15-30 patients a day •Unit Setup: Nursing Pods Responsibilities: 75% Administrative Medication refills through my chart Scheduling procedures for cardiologist/surgeons 25% Patient Facing Assisting MA's if needed with communicating to patients discharge instructions, treatment plans, and medications 1.Medication refills 2. MyChart response 3. Abnormal results 4. procedure scheduling 5. And Phone Triage. 6.Patient education when needed • EMR: EPIC • Must Have Skills/Experience: Nursing, Cardiology, Education experience with scheduling, medication, and with a cardiac background • Preferred Skillset/Experience: • Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiology • Personality Fit: extroversion (agreeable)
