As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you’ll play a key role in supporting KS2 students, providing booster and intervention sessions, and working with SEN pupils who need extra guidance. This is a hands-on, active role, perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move and getting stuck in. We’re looking for an experienced, energetic LSA who is adaptable, proactive, and ready to make a real impact.

We need an experienced and proactive individual who:

• Is willing to get stuck in and get their hands dirty – this is a role for someone who loves to be on the move

• Has experience working with KS2 children, particularly in booster or intervention roles

• Can adapt quickly and think on their feet

• Brings enthusiasm, energy, and a can-do attitude every single day

• Loves being part of a team that is passionate about making a difference
