Planner Scheduler
My client a leading social housing provider are currently seeking a Planner to come on board for their housing reactive maintenance contracts. This will be booking in all works to MOD domestic properties.
Responsibilities for the Planner role are:
* Liaising with supervisors and tenants
* Planning workloads for Operative
* Managing high volume calls from tenants in regard to repair issues
* Booking repairs with via phone/emails
What we are looking for:
* Strong administrative skills and ability operate a computerised database system
* Experience in working with Microsoft Office
* Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20.00-£21.00 per hour
