Job Description

Senior Business Analyst - inside IR35 - 6 months - hybrid working (3 days on site per week required) - SAP ECC - SAP S/4 HANA.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract, offering a hybrid working model, based in Warwickshire. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, leveraging their expertise to ensure a seamless transition. Experience with third-party suppliers is essential. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, map current and future state processes, and identify potential risks and benefits. You will also support change management initiatives and provide post-implementation support to optimise business processes and system performance.

The role is working inside IR35 and candidates must be available to work 3 days on site per week in the West Midlands (Warwickshire area). 

Skills:

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst

Experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration

Experience with third-party suppliers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation

Experience in change management and transformation initiatives

Knowledge of data governance and management

Strong decision-making capabilities
